in the middle of a gaming session i notice im lagging and my ping is spiking so i open task manager to see whats taking up my internet and this service host delivery optimization is using up most of my internet...

i've followed a guide to turn it off but even though its turned off it still downloads whenever it wants to... Does anyone know a solution to this?

Im on windows 10
