Hey guys,

I got a bit of a problem. Off an old computer I had laying around, I got a card-reader, an HR-221p3 to be exact. Then I bought a 10 pin to usb cable so I could connect it to my pc.

The moment I connect it, I heard the sound of a USB device connecting to my pc, but a split second later I got a message saying: "USB device not recognized". I tried all sort of things I found online, such as restart, fixing USB root hub, etc. Then I thought: Lets just download the driver from the internet! So I downloaded the driver, installed it, and this message showed up. I already tried installing service pack 1 for XP, but of course I'm running windows 10 pro, so this won't work.

Guys, I hope you can help me out

Do you have a link for me?

Something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Release-KiWiBiRD-Super-Speed-Reader-Supports/dp/B01E4MEY5Q/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1499857504&sr=8-7

But if you really want it to fit in a 2.5 inch slot then maybe this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Computer-Memory-Card-Accessories/CSL-Speed-reader-Multi-function-panel-Micro/B00KIORMX6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499857554&sr=8-1&keywords=front+panel+card+reader

Although the pricing/availability may be different in Holland.

I edit my posts a lot.
