Graphics Card not working?

New System, yesterday was working fine. Boot today and the fans on the graphics card are not spinning. I've checked and double checked cables. nothing. Any idea from you tech experts? GPU is the gigabyte geforce GTX 1060 GT Gaming

Have you reseated the card and did it boot today it might just be in a silence mode or a fan stop mode due to low gpu utilization

It is supposed to do that until you break the 55ºC mark. Sometimes 60ºC. Stress it out and you will see how they start spinning.

Is there a way to test this mode?

@faziten is right just play a game and see what happens assuming when you turn the system on you get an image

GPU is idle on 41-42c. Going to try out a game. I still need to figure out this rattling sound when my fans speed up. Downloaded MSI afternburner, open hardware monitor and cpu z, also going to test it out on aida. Wish me luck
