Synapse problems

I bought Razer Ouroboros a few months ago and had some problems with it. I got a replacement but my problems still occur.

 

Well, one day I unistalled Synapse and all my problems disappeared. Well, I'm fine without Synapse but I really want to get all my buttons working! Any tips?
