Photoshop help

Hey guys, so I managed to take a selfie (a bad one but still) with one of my favourite rappers($crim), but I can't seem to adjust the exposure/contrast well enough for the pic to actually look decent, please someone help me, I've tried everything, I hope there is a pro out there who can make the pic look perfect, cheers.
