What is the "best" paint for case mods? Obviously everyone has their preferred paints, but what is the easiest to use and the cheapest? Also, what techniques do you use to get the desired effect you want from it?

Pretty much addicted to Gaming and Youtube. I think I have a problem.

'Best paint' would probably be powder coating it. Obviously not really feasible for most of us.

I used some cans of Rustoleum, easy to use, cheap, and pretty durable.

You'll get the best result if you use some primer first, and a clear coat on top.

Does you mum know you're here?

Powder coat isn't a paint and has no where near the quality look of automotive paint its just really durable.

It depends on the finish and what your doing but for the best selection and options automotive or artists spray paints are a good option. For steps on painting I have a quick guide here one it under General Painting.

I'm not too savvy with paint, so I'll stick with rustoleum.
