My GPU is backordered, now what?

Hey yall, so I had ordered the a PNY GTX 1060 (6 gb) from CDW. Only after checking on the order a few days later wondering why I hadn't gotten shipping details, I found out that the product had been backordered for over 90 days. I'm currently building my first PC and this graphics card is the only part that I don't yet have. I was wondering weather it would be best to wait out the backorder, or go with MSI's version of the GTX 1060 (also 6 gb) Any guidance would be helpful, thanks!

There's literally going to be no performance difference between the two; it depends on whether your willing to wait 90 days for a graphics card that looks different. Personally, go for MSI's version of the card as you can then get your system built much sooner.
