Hey guys as of recent when I upgraded to a Ryzen 7 1700 (W Mobo and 16gb of Ram) I have been having mouse studdering issues or mouse lag... This problem will consist of me moving the mouse slowly or fast(but when I do it fast it doesnt happen as often) then it takes a pause then catches up to my previous movement also creating more lag. As a person who plays FPS games this affects me like CRAZY making flick shots while sniping 10x harder to do.

I have:

Updated Drivers

Uninstalled Cortana

Even reinstalled Mouse drivers

But I have no idea whats going on!!! (FYI im using a G403 which is a pretty godlike mouse so I dont know whats going on)

I'm having this issue too (using linux, so not windows related), but only when I use other USB port to write something (even write it very slowly like when using a USB 2 2 sata on hard-disk @ 5400rpm)

Ryzen 1800x - B350-TOMAHAWK - no overclocking.

This is very annoying, as you can't use your computer properly while copying a movie to an pendrive, for example, even with cpu utilization been virtually non-existent. I think is some issue USB bus missing a "fair time" between devices, or having Mouse/Keyboard high priority over other devices

Edit:

I'm on kernel 4.10.0-42-generic, so this issue maybe fixed in 4.14 or 4.15. Waiting for ubuntu 18.04 release to install it.

I tried 4 OS'es and all were same.... I don't know if we have the same problem, but while playing my mouse gets ultra laggy on high fps.

For example: changing things on windows or unplugging and plugging back the mouse fixes it for a couple of minutes, opening programs speeds up my Mouse...

HDD: Healthy
RAM: None error on 10 tests
GPU: LOW temps(Non oc'ed) HIGH FPS
CPU: Low usage 3.8Ghz.... Low temps...
