Windows mouse speed at 50%. Razer Naga Molten at 5200 DPI. Usually turn sensitivity up slightly in games from the default.

An inch of movement on my mouse pad moves my cursor from one side to the other of my two monitors. (identical 1080p 24")

Edit: Just tested the number of 360 degree turns my character makes in BF4 by moving my mouse from the left of my mouse pad to the right. I have my mouse pad in portrait on my desk (Razer's Sphex "desk skin") and my character still made 7 full 360s and got back to around 11 o'clock on the eighth.

1000 DPI mouse settings. In game settings I have my sensitivity set usually to 5-10%. I basically set it so that one full horizontal mouse movement across my mouse pad (from the very left edge to the very right edge) will make my character do a 360 degree turn.

The trick is to make the in game sens as low as possible and compensate with your mouse DPI, I use very low in game sens and adjust my DPI settings depending on what I'm doing on the PC.

My mouse has no prediction (post angle snapping G400) and my registry is altered to prevent programs from turning acceleration on.

Normal/high in fps games like battlefield and relatively low in counter strike.
