Hey guys im currently having issues with my ram slots

im not sure if this is a software or hardware problem

so here's my story

my computer boots fine if i populate Slot 1 and Slot 2 but if i try to populate Slot 2 and 4 it keeps saying "4c,55,0d "

Slot 1 and 3 does the same thing also populating all the slots does the same thing :(

things that i have already tried are:

1.check my ram sticks are fine (which they are)

2. clear CMOS

3.check for bend pins on the CPU ( didnt find any)

4.clean the ram slots

sadly nothing works.
