I need a decision

iceballfunela

Hey guys, basically, I have a choice between a new monitor and speakers, or new keyboard and mice. I current am using my G75's TN display and my G100s membrane keyboard and mice. So which one should I get for Christmas?

It is completely up to you. Though is there any point in getting a new monitor for a laptop?

Edit: It already has a 1080p screen, soo...

Well, I sit 2-3 feet away from my laptop and 17 inches is quite small for that distance

@iceballfunela

I'd go with a keyboard [the ROG laptops are horrible anyways but the keyboard is abyssmal] and a new mouse if you feel the need for one. I can recommend the g400s. Most epic mouse period.

True, and I won't have space for a keyboard too.

G400s looks kinda nice and I need a new mouse because my G100s is really small for me. I have also been looking at the G500s, is it worth the extra cost?

G400s is optical [much more precise] the G500s is laser. I personally prefer optical over laser. Especially for shooters laser is not that great as laser always has accel [even if turned off].

I mainly play FPS games so I think I need the precision.

The reason why I want a monitor is because of size and IPS, my G75 has a TN panel :(

new mouse. DA 2013, G400s,Roccat Savu,Zowie(cant remember which model) are some of the most accurate mice with the best sensors. But 1st you should look into size and your grip type etc.

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M
