Does not even come close to console standard though.

GPu is far underpowered.

dual 660s preform about the same as a GTX 970, a single one about as good as an RX 460.

Try to play games at 4K with that without microstutter, you simply cannot do that.

SLI does not even get support these days as well.

modern consoles dont play games at 4K really, its 1080p output as 4K or similar and an equivlant of low settings usiually. that build was just what i could get for $300 about a year ago anyway so its deffinatly not the best you can get. a 970 will play games at 4K lowest or 1440p medium - low which a tad better then what consoles do. as for SLI support most modern titles will scale with two GPUs to a decent extent but obviuasly you could get a better single card that would beat those in preformance and still stay within the budget with ease.
