CCleaner would likely be quite good for this, if not, you could put a list of the software on here and I could probably help in telling you what you can remove

Just break out the tactical formatting nuke and drop it on that puppy and install a fresh copy of the OS.

 

That'll take care of your bloatware problems without having to resort to other programs (well that won't stop any of the bloatware M$ now includes with windows).
