i have these 2 pc i am looking at buying what one should i buy

i have a 1600x900 monitor but going to buy a 1080p monitor when i but my new pc so i will be playing game at 1080p like gta 5, cod aw, cod bo3, battlefield 1, overwatch, csgo, etc at highest possible settings i can run each game at to get a MIN fps no lower than 50fps

The 2nd one is obviously better but pricier, well I mean you could sell the rx 580 and make some profit and replace it with the 1070, but if you're not into that the 2nd option is better, the performance between the 580 and 1060 isn't that large.

ok so the better cpu 8 more gb ram additional 120gb ssd and slightly better gtx 1060 gb is worth the extra 60$
