How to?

I order everything for my pc now and I've watched a lot of YouTube video to feel comfortable to build it, so when I complete the build I know you have to go onto the bios but idk what to do from there, what do I check for and everyting. Is there a video tutorial for newbies like me? I have a b350 tomahawk so if you find a setup video for that Mobo please link

Basically you go into the bios to make sure that everything is showing up. Check to see that all your memory, storage, and your GPU are showing. Also check that your CPU temps are not through the roof. If all of it is showing properly then it is just install OS and you are done.

 

EDIT: Also if you are overclocking then you do so in the bios.

take apart case, build the case

take out motherboard from box, keep the manual (you're going to need it, trust me), put it on the case standoff points, screw it in. don't forget IO SHIELD

find the pinout for your motherboard to the case (power on, etc) it should be located in the manual, connect the things from motherboard to case

put in cpu, apply thermal paste

mount cpu cooler

slot in the ram

slot in the gpu, screw it into the case too.

place your PSU in the PSU area, screw it in.

plug in the power needed for the: motherboard (24 pin), cpu (4+4), GPU (either 6 or 8 pin), and sata power for hdds/ssds. 

plug it in, power button, bam.
