VS247H-P or VE247H?

I was looking around for a monitor to finish my build.

I'm not sure what the different between the VS247H-P and VE247H?

They're both 23.6", 16:9, 1080p, 2ms, and 300cd/m². But VS247H-P is a little more expensive and more people bought it than the VE247H.

 

Which one should I pick or is there a better one that is under $150 and around 23-24"?

So it would appear they are the exact same, just mislabeling! If we are wrong somebody please correct us.
