A lot of that is personal preference, but one thing that needs to be swapped out in the PSU. Never cheap out on a PSU, it is (electrically) the most important component in the system. Also im not trying to say the build is bad, but there are improvements to be made here, currently working on a build.

The 290 is not meant for 1080p. Also, the fans on the H230 aren't that good. Combine that with the 290's bad stock cooler and you have a situation that's not so good.

You shouldn't be leaving the 8350 with a stock cooler.
