Chrome Crashing

Hey guys,

 

so recently (like for 3 months or so), Chrome sometimes (80% of the time) crashes when I access files from my local PC via Chrome.

 

What does that mean?

 

For example, you apply for a job, online, and need to upload your data to their website, so I click "choose file", search for the resume on my local PC, and upload it to their job form.

Sometimes Chrome crashes when clicking "choose" and the window is about to pop up which lets me browse my local PC, sometimes it Crashes when I select the file and then hit upload or just "select".

I already tried disabling all extensions and reinstalled Chrome multiple times.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi, is it ok with other web browsers? Did you try Firefox or Explorer? And do you have an old computer and how many g of ram do you have?

I have a new PC with 32gb of Ram, with other explorers is doesnt happen / atleast I cant recreate the error.
