Hello !

So, I am ready to buy this build but before that I want to check for everything and make sure. Especially about power supply, is it enough ? 

NOTE : I already have  monitor is " BenQ XL2420Z 24-Inch" 144 Hz

Get Ryzen 5 instead, while i5s have better average frame rates Ryzen 5 has better minimum frame rates which means you have a more consistent experience. Also, are you aware the 1060's price isn't included?

Kaby lake chips are on a dead socket, so any future upgrades will be costly unless it's a 7700k. That's why Ryzen is recommended since its socket will still be around for another 3 years at least.

Not to mention that Ryzen has better minimums which is more important imo since it gives you a more consistent experience (I for one would much rather have a consistent experience than one that is sometimes great and sometimes meh)

Also in games i5s are near 100% utilization which means that if op over wanted to stream they wouldn't be able to do software encoding and also that as games become more multi threaded i5s have nowhere to grow whereas Ryzen does.
