I NEED HELP

My computer will start but it will not post and since toms hardware is a bit tricky to navigate on my phone I chose this as away to get help 

 

Specs:

Cpu and fx 8370

Ram 12gb 1333 asteck

Gc: RX 470 4 Gb

Cup cooler : corsair H60

Mobo: gigabyte 78LMT-usb3

Please help. Againbit will turn on but will not post

PSU model?

 

Don't use the cpu cooler to cool down your drinks!!

 

Make sure all the cables, especially the 8pin CPU power cable, are fitted in properly.

Its an 850 watt voltek psu
