Please help

I just built my new pc and I was so excited to start it up but when I started it all the fans spinned it blinked then I turned off and now it won't turn back on  but while I was checking some stuff I plugged up my keyboard and it keeps flashing when the power supply is powered on and please help tell me what to do or tell me what parts could be messed up i think its either the motherboard, cpu , or power supply 

Specs, EVGA GeForce GTX 1080, Intel core i7-7700k, gigabyte GA-110M-A, 2x8gb of ddr4 memory, EVGA 600 B1, 80+ BRONZE 600W

Knowing what components you used would be nice, before we can even start guessing what's wrong.

Check is all the cables are plugged in correctly. Also, visually inspect the capacitors on the motherboard.

Remove the GPU. storage and one of the ram sticks. Try all of the ram slots.

 

What you're describing is usually a telltale sign of bad capacitors and I've mostly only seen it happen on old motherboards

 

The 7700k seems to be supported on a later bios version. Check the motherboard for stickers saying which bios version your board came with.
