Okay so, it was time to upgrade my brother's PC with a better GPU, so naturally, I removed the old GPU and put the new one in, powered on the PC and nothing came up on the screen, after numerous checks with different ports, I put the old GPU back in and tested that, and that didn't work either! I've been doing countless things to get it to work for an hour or two now, suggestions?

Try taking out the CMOS battery for 5-10 mins

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

No luck :( Any other suggestions?

If you can try another PCIe slot, or another computer. Try taking the GPU out and then use the display connectors the motherboard. If non of that helps you may have a dead board on you hand, sorry.
