Do I need anything else like a wifi card, dongle, anything I'm missing that'd be of great importance when I build this?

That cooler is not worth putting in since it is only marginally better than the free cooler from AMD, which is good enough itself. If you want more quiet CPU cooler, you need something bigger like the 212 evo.

 

I myself prefer a PCIe WiFi card if LAN is not an option. I just don't like something occupying my USB when I could have used the empty PCIe slots.

The only thing I would suggest is changing that memory to 3200MHz because it will make your CPU faster.

Edit: Also use the stock cooler and possibly upgrade down the line.

The motherboard doesn't have wifi. You'll need either a PCIe card like the one you chose, or a USB dongle. The USB ones are good these days but if it's your main, permanent internet connection, I would go with the PCIe option. You could probably get away with something cheaper but that's a good option.
