Whenever I turn my PC on and load up any program (eg chrome)  my PC immediately turns off then turns back on after a few seconds.

I've tested my hard drive and RAM and it doesn't seem they are causing the issue

My CPU is 38 degrees Celsius at idle (mostly because my room is sort of warm)

My specs

i7 6700

4 Sticks of 4GB DDR4 2133

Gigabyte B150M DS3H

WD 1TB Blue Hard Drive

Corsair RM 500X PSU

Could anyone tell me whats wrong and if my warranty could cover it

Do you have a graphics card or no?

Is the computer actually turning off or is your monitor just going black and coming back after?

I have no graphics card yet and the PC fully turns off as the fans all turn off and the motherboard leds also turn off

So if you turn your computer on, it stays on indefinitely, until you open/launch a program?

Try turning your pc on and don't do anything and see if it stays on, or if it still ends up turning off after a while.

Have you applied enough thermal paste? What CPU cooler are you using? @cookie rager

It stays on for 15 mins without launching a program then it turns off again

I'm using the stock intel cooler

Is this a new build?  Is this something that spontaneously started happening, or did you make a change to your system, and now it doesn't work?  Did you just update your bios?

Have you tried taking out all but a single stick and trying it in different slots?

I've had this build since October and its started happening yesterday. I've taken out all sticks and tried a single stick and swapped sticks and slots and it still gave me the same issue.
