New build not POSTing

Hey guys,

 

I have a new build which is as follows:

 

8gb ddr4 2133 hynix

Intel Celeron G3930

ASRock H110M-DGS

120gb Sandisk SSD

An old SFF Antec 350watt psu

An old SFF Antec case

 

I've put it together and it doesn't post. Now I have only a 4 pin cpu connector on my psu as it isn't very recent but in a past ivy bridge build I was able to make it work. Now my question is do you guys think my PC won't post because of this? Or is it the CPU being Kaby Lake not posting? The system powers on for a good 5-10 seconds and then shuts off for a few seconds and then turns back on.

Is the motherboard updated? H110 works with Kabylake, but only with a BIOS update (You will need a Skylake CPU to do so). 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Yes, it should still wok with 4 pins.
