Looking to upgrade

So i'm with US Cellular and I currently have a Motorolla Defy. I have an upgrade available and it's getting close to Christmas time so I figured I might as well. Anyways was wondering what the best thing on the market is atm? I know they just made the iphones available with them and am considering getting one because I love the Ipod touches. Any suggestions?

Doesn't really matter to me. Just want something that's fast and enough space so I can have apps without having to remove some every other week like with the Defy lmao

Apple= iPhone 5s 64GB

Samsung= Samsung Galaxy note 3 ,  you might wanna look at s4 too.

HTC= HTC ONE, check the HTC butterfly too.

Sony = Xperia Z1, you might wanna look at Z ultra as well.

LG= LG G2 or Nexus 5

I tried out the S3 before because my girlfriend has it don't really like how bit it is. Do you know how much of a difference in speed there is between the 5s and 5c? I know the 5s has the A7 chip and the 5c has the A6.

not much man. iPhone is just epic because of it's OS which is the iOS and it is legendary if you ask me.

If you just want raw speed and shit. you need to go for androids. Note 3 is better than the galaxy s series. It's quad core @ 2.2 or 2.3 i think. You will have to check it out.

I would either go for HTC ONE or Xperia z1 or maybe Note3. You won't regret if you pick any of those mention phones so don't worry. Pick your choice but i suggest you google about them before coming up with a decision!
