Weird problem

Hi all!

I have issue, when I start my pc it's run about 15sec then shut down itself. When I run second time it run normal.

And every time I shutdown pc and start again that happened. Anyone know something about this?

Take the CMOS battery out for 5-10 mins, while disconnected from the mains.

Usually 90 seconds is sufficient, but there is no harm in waiting a little longer and 5-10 minutes is a perfect excuse to have a coffee break.

battery would have been my first guess too. lets pretend that doesn't help... what then?

I would go with reconnect all power plugs on board / psu 

and after that with replacing the PSU (maybe another one is around?)

Yeap, comes in handy when I have to do that at school, gets me out of doing the work .

Maybe your cpu is overheating and makes it shutdown your system,

Had you overclocked the CPU ?

Yes, it's overclocked. But it worked normal 6 months. I think overclocking has nothing with this. And temperatures are fine. If I remove cmos I will lose all overclocking settings in bios but I will try.

 

I have 970 pro gaming aura motherboard and fx8300

 

edit: removing cmos battery didn't work
