Remote Access to Server Control Panel and MySQL

Hi, this is my first post. I am sorry if I post in wrong category or violate any rules.

 

I am fresh new to server setup. Currently, I am trying to setup a web hosting server for a few of mine and my friend's websites.

The question I had is how do I access my server's control panel and ftp remotely.

The control panel I am using is Webmin.

Operating system is ubuntu server.
