I think I might go with the Masterkeys Pro M, a store near by has it and allows consumers to test it, plus 4th july sale

I'm looking for a cheap mechanical keyboard but I don't have any idea on where to start, amazon was just cheap membrane keyboards or ones $150 and up. (I know this is what to expect but i'm on a slight budget. I've found a few $60 - $70 mechanical keyboards but I've been a little skeptical about them.

The main three I've found are:

If anyone has any experience with any of these, I would love to hear.

Masterkeys Pro M is definitely the best out of those 3.

 

But of course everyone has their personal preference, and if you like the less stiffer Kailh switches over cherry, then grab the Poseidon

 

The Magicforce 68 is a great budget keeb with Gateron switches, Mod friendly as well. Would recommend it

The Turtle Beach Impact 500 is $49 and has Cherry Blues.

 

Do you know what switch type you want? I don't mean you've read a few peoples thoughts on it, I mean have you actually tried the different ones. It's the only way to know what one is the one you wan to go with.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look, and yes I have tried some out, blues and reds are my favorites

Get the GSkill KM780 from Outlet PC. It's $85, and an amazing keyboard for the money.

Also take a look at Jet.com. You can get the Rosewill RK-9000V2 for $75 if you're looking for the minimalist look.
