Budget is $1600USD. Live in CA. Mainly for gaming but also needs to be silence optimized. Need OS, Monitor, keyboard, and mouse included. I have some free RAM i won in a contest so dont need that. This is what i was looking at http://pcpartpicker.com/p/273l4. Any changes i should do?

For once someone has an excellent build. I congratulate you. Only thing I would change would be getting a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H, an SSHD and a 280X. 128GB of storage is not near enough for gaming.

Although it's doable, the 780 is not a good value. He's better off saving the money and using it for future upgrades.
