hey im building a pc and a retail copy of windows 10 is on sle near me for $60 aud and the cheapest oem version i could find is 20 aud which one should i pick?

The cheapest one, as long as it isn't used in another system.

20 AUD seems suspiciously cheap though.

I always get my Windows keys on Kinguin, affordable and never had a problem with it.

Yeah the OEM keys usually run you up about $35 AUD for Windows 10 Professional, where did you find this key?
Not sure what edition is on sale near you, but a retail version of Windows 10 for $60 is a good price regardless of the edition.
Whatever you get, just make sure you grab the 64 bit version (assuming you just built a new 64 bit computer).
