The stock cooler is awesome if it fits, other than that I would wait for cryorig all copper low profile cpu cooler. (H7 CU2) or the standard H7

If at all possible I'd get the full copper version of the H7, isn't out yet but apparently it reduces temps by 12c over the standard version.

It is out of the question, I have a 1070 which is VERY long, it barely even fits. An AIO is out of the question.

Or I could grow some balls and buy a water block for it and my cpu and do a custom loop. :P
