PC feels weird

Hey,

My pc feels slow,i have no viruses or anything like that freshly installed windows it did feel slow before reformating tho also new hdd it was the same before getting a new one,got new one since the previous one had some problems.

Specs:
I7 3770

Asus ROG GTX1070

Ram:16gb

what exactly is slow? like booting up and loading programs? or also things like gaming, browsing and those kind of things.

Use a program called CCleaner to remove temporary files etc.

it might be faulty the new hdd or bad windows installation...

Tried that same problem again.

If you use a HDD for your os it may need a defrag, I feel old saying that

If you can then a clean install of windows is probably needed
