I'm building a new gaming rig and I wanted to know if cripto mining will be profitable with this GPU and if it will have any effect on my gaming experience.

if he wants crypto his best is for vega and rx 580s have shot up to like $400 a piece iirc because of eth mining

I have two 1080 Ti mining and right now they are making around $6 a day. You might not pay off the cost of the entire cars but it's a good way to mitigate the card cost. I have two 1070 and two 1080 Ti mining and have made $500 in three weeks.
