iPhone SE freaking out

I don't know if I should've posted this in troubleshooting or if it's the right category, but anyway

 

I just downgraded from iOS 11 to 10.3.2 (I know, stupid idea to upgrade to the beta in the first place). So I noticed this bug on ios 11 that anywhere I touched, it'd just register as a touch in a random spot, but the same spot everytime (3rd row, 4th column of apps if that matters), rendering my device unusable. After this I formatted my phone through iTunes on PC and it's the same bug but much more persistent... The only time it doesn't affect anything is like the 5 first seconds of booting up

 

Any help would be much appreciated :(
