What the hell is wrong with Microsoft word!?

I have an issue with word where i have planted an image on my document and it had its orthographic correction language "Portuguese PT" by default.

 

Now it has all types of Spanish, French and English selected and i have tried going into options and seeing if i had other idioms to remove, but there was only Portuguese there...

And yes, all French and Spanish languages have been selected aswell.

 

What should i do guys? Unninstall and reinstall it again? I hate this super bugged up program -.-
