No Display on PC [Solved]

i recently got a free pc. it is an HP prebuilt that had windows 7 installed from the factory but the hard drive was removed prior to me receiving the computer.

 

Specs:

-Athlon II 640

-Radeon HD 4200 Integrated graphics

-8gbs ddr3 (upgraded from 4)

-gtx 460 (added in troubleshooting)

 

i can not get it to display a signal. the cpu, case and PSU fan all spin when the power button is pressed along with the power LED.

 

These are the things/ways i have troubleshooted:

-both display outs on motherboard(vga, dvi)

-dedicated graphics (gtx 460)

-reseating ram

-replacing ram

-clearing cmos

-replacing motherboard battery

-different cables

-different displays

 

Im at a loss and would really appreciate any help/suggestions

 

 

 

SOLVED

Bent pins on the cpu. that was it...
