and how many watts will they draw from the psu?

an hd5970 is as strong as a gtx 960 how is that useless for 5$?

why do you think its 5$? If you ask me those cards are from a miner soo.. they were running 24/7 god knows for how long, I wouldnt even be thinking about that, those cards are dead.. thats why
