Im using these parts and I was wondering if they would be enough for most modern games such as cities skylines. (Exclude ark survival evolved, NASA's supercomputers cant even handle that).

Intel i5-6400 processor

Geforce GTX 1050ti graphics card

16GB ddr4 ram

GIGABYTE h110m-a motherboard

Cities: Skylines uses three cores after which you need to focus on speed and IPC, so you're good on that front.

I see your GPU as a major limiting factor for most games.

what these guys are saying, if money is tight go out and see if you can find a used gtx 970 or something, you could pick on up for less than $175 in most cases. Any newer gpu atm is a total ripoff.
