help me reduce post code times before OS load! :D

Here is a gif of whats happening. 

 

 

As seen in the gif, there are some codes displayed, they take like 20 seconds or more to finish before windows actually starts loading which is annoying. my devices connected are:

external usb3 hard drive (AC Powered)

USB 2 Hub with K70 RGB Lux and G502 Spectrum

Steinberg iLok key for audio software

Focusrite usb 2 audio interface

codes in order of appearance are 98(split second), 9C holds for a while, B4 is the one thats like 20 seconds, and then A2 for a moment

mobo is MSI X99S Gaming 7

so it seems that the cause is my external hard drive which has 2 partitions. any tips for bios settings that can maybe make the bios ignore this drive at boot or help make it not slow down posting?
