So I've got a Nexus 5. About year and a half I dropped it and the screen is cracked and haven't bothered fixing because I had a spear phone that stopped charging. Anyway, the issue I've got is that when I make calls or receive calls, the screens goes black and I can't do anything, but what is weird, if I plug in my headphones, it works fine. I'm not sure what the issue is here. But can someone help me?

Usually when you make calls the screen goes black when you put it to your ear, maybe the tilt sensor is broken and with headphones im not sure if it does it or not. might assume you're using the headphones to make calls?
