not very good at it and ive already cracked the back a ton while trying it

Are you fine with voiding warranty? You can also go to a repair shop and get it replaced for much, much cheaper.

Sorry I'm late, but you can either search on Google "phone repair shops near me", or go to the mall and search around, since you'll probably find something there.

You forgot option 5) sell broken S7 and buy a new phone that isn't hell to repair. Now, I'm not trying to troll here - if this is the second time you're repairing the screen as you indicate in poll option 1, I'd recommend getting a phone that isn't a pain in the ass to repair, or repairing this one 1 more time and buying a better protective case for it.
