Best Drive Cloning Tool

 So I have someone's laptop that I'm swapping an SSD into, but would like all of the programs and data to stay on the computer without moving it all over to a clean install of Windows. I know there are a whole lot of drive cloning tools and methods, and I was just wondering which ones are the best. Thanks in advance!

Samsung wizard is pretty cool, not sure if you can download it (you probably can) but it came in a thumb stick when I got my Samsung SSD. It can clone the boot drive right onto the SSD, it's pretty great.

I just upgraded from a 500GB 840 Evo to a 1TB 850 Evo and Samsung's clone software worked great (and the new 1TB SSD is amazing).
