X299 VRM Cooling

Hey guys I got a Skylake x and then saw the vid on the bad VRM cooling, is that something I should worry about if I'm only using to 6 core model or no?

VRM can take a lot of heat up to 125C, unless your getting extreme temps on your system I wouldn't say there is a huge worry.

Ok people said that the extreme x299 mobos will have it fixed but I'm not sure if a EATX can fit in a fractal define s

Yes it can get hot if your overclocking, I've seen mine on a z97 board hit 80C but in most cases you should be alright unless it starts to get close to 90 or 100C is where I would start to worry. The Define S can't fit an E-atx board and it depends on the board also as there is not exact size for Eatx, some are just a little wider where some are both wider and taller.

So can the define s fit a slightly bigger than. Atx?

Not very much due to the way the motherboard tray bend upwards, and that is if the board is only a very small amount wider, if it's taller like some Eatx boards it won't fit.
