im getting a new power supply and i was wondering if you have a worse mother board , storage , ram and stuff does power output matter

Uh, not sure what you're trying to ask but power output does matter seeing how your PC can't run if there's not enough...

 

If you're asking if it's acceptable to cheap out on a power supply because your other components are considered "low-end", I'd generally advise against that.

You mean if the power supply will overwhelm the PC components? That will never happen. A PSU will only provide as much power as the PC needs. There's no "waste" per se.
