NEED HELP!!!!!

Hi, my friends pc had this problem, blue screen appear and this message appear : ***STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA8006B57028, 0x00000000BE000000, 0x0000000000800400)

I'd search on the web for the solution but I didn't found it... Someone said that this occur because there is problem with cpu and others say that it is because by bad hard disk, please help guys.... Everything is new in his pc except secondhand i3 2120..

His pc spec is:

Core i3 2120

4gb Elixir 1333mhz

ASRock B75m r2.0 (BIOS is up to date which is version 1.20)

500gb WD Caviar Blue 7200rpm

Sapphire HD6570 2gb DDR3

Cooler master DI5-9GDPB-0L-GP

Standard My 10's mid tower case

450watt PSU (standard psu)

Standard Samsung DVD-RW combo

That's core voltage. Add or remove some Vcore from within the BIOS.

It could be memory related though, let us know if adjusting the Vcore doesn't help.

You may need to over-volt your CPU slightly, or it could be a problematic ram module.
I'd try change the ram between my pc but the problem still exist.. I'll try over volt the processor. just a slight over volt right?

You may need to over-volt your CPU slightly, or it could be a problematic ram module.
Stress test your CPU with P95 on blend for at least 12 hours to ensure stability. Also have a temperature monitor program when doing this to ensure that you are not overheating your CPU.

Have you tried reducing some Vcore? What Vcore is it at right now under load if you can tell us?

Try restoring factory defaults to the bios. If you've been messing around in there, you may have adjusted something you shouldn't have.

i already add the Vcore and the blue screen still happened....any ideas to solve this problem
