How can I fix the imput lag?

When I move the mouse, or fire there is a really long delay.

 

(It was recorded on the Iphone 5, and slowed down using some random app on the appstore)

Check to see if you have mouse acceleration on and whats ur dpi+sensitivity?

Game sensitivity is 6.0

Dpi 1200 (It's a generic Genius DX100 mouse, but that should not affect the lag?) (windows mouse speed is at 50%(middle of the bar))

mouse acceleration is off.

Have the same mouse and play OW.

It shouldn't be like that.

Reinstall Graphics drivers, disable Vsync and stuff like tripple buffering and stuff related to that in OW settings.
