Need help picking gaming hardware

Hi friends

I need help picking my components to put into my computer. I dont know what I'm doing but you guys seem to know what you're doing.

I would like recommendations on relatively cheap hardware, I'm willing to pay for quality though. My only benchmark for my build is for it to be able to run Rust above 30 FPS

It's pretty low, the game can be scaled up to really high graphics or potato. I decreased everything and was running 60FPS on an i7 870 and a 650Ti

idk

But I should thing at 1080p you can use an rx  570 or 580 (once they get in stock again) and a ryzen 1500x with a b350 mother board if you would like overclocking support.

What does that mean?

You play the game on two or even more moniters and it surrounds you for a more immersive experience
