Crazy Idea?

Sooo I have a GTX1080Ti Block, x99 CPU/Mobo Monoblock, "EK-XTOP Revo Dual D5 Pump" and 2X "EK-CoolStream CE 420 (Triple)"...

Could I run flexible tube out the back of my main case about 1 meter away to another case with the two radiators and the pump in it? Long story short is finding a case to fit everything I need is near impossible but if I can put the radiators and pump somewhere else that solves my problem.

I would just like to add, I am exploring other more difficult options... All ideas are welcomed.

It'll be less efficient, as the water has to travel further, but it'll definitely work.
