What should i do ???

i got a pair of headphones (hyperx cloud 2 ) but when i plug them on the back(same as front) of my pc the headphones work perfectly but the mic doesnt when i try to listen to this device i can only hear the sound thats coming from headphones (for ex. if im listening to music on yt it duplicates the sound but when i try to speak on mic it doesnt work ) i tried plugging into my laptop and it works both mic and headphones any ideas of what i can do ?!?!?!?!?

no thats not the problem 

the thing is that my mic not working for some reason when i try to listen and talk to check if its working it doesnt show any green bars but when im listening to music and i check mic it shows green bars mb the problem is with the cable
